Youth Peace Leadership and Action Program
A program of Treasuregate Leadership Foundation that equips young people with the knowledge, leadership skills, values, and practical tools to prevent conflict, bridge differences, promote nonviolence, and build peaceful communities.
Why this program exists.
Many young people live in communities affected by tension and conflict, yet lack the training, platforms, and networks to lead peace effectively. PeaceNation bridges this gap by preparing young people to prevent conflict, bridge differences, and mobilize others for peace.

PeaceNation develops young people into peace leaders who can understand conflict, bridge differences, mobilize others, and lead constructive change in their schools and communities.

- Conflict analysis skills to understand causes, actors, and dynamics
- Dialogue and mediation skills to bridge differences and build common ground
- Nonviolent communication and de-escalation techniques
- Early warning and prevention capabilities to respond before tensions escalate
- Peace education and community mobilization skills
- Experience designing and implementing youth-led peace projects
- Ages 16–30
- School or community affiliation
- Commitment to a peace project

Through leadership development, peace education, conflict analysis, dialogue, mediation, nonviolent communication, and practical community engagement, PeaceNation participants develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to prevent conflict, bridge differences, promote peaceful coexistence, and mobilize others for peace.
Graduates become PeaceNation Ambassadors, joining a growing network of young peace leaders who translate their training into action through dialogue, peer education, peace campaigns, community initiatives, and locally driven solutions to conflict.
