Treasuregate Innovation Hubs are student-led communities of changemakers who lead, innovate, collaborate, and create meaningful impact on their campuses and in their communities.
Established across universities and colleges.
The Hubs provide spaces where students connect, develop their leadership potential, explore innovative ideas, build practical skills, and turn ideas into action.
Through monthly meetings, leadership and innovation activities, workshops, conversations, challenges, and community projects, members gain experiences and connections that prepare them to lead change on campus and beyond.

Led by a team of Campus Ambassadors.
Each Treasuregate Innovation Hub is led by Campus Ambassadors who represent Treasuregate's mission and values and coordinate the activities of the Hub.
Lead Ambassador
Provides overall leadership, coordinates the Hub, represents Treasuregate on campus, and serves as the primary liaison with the Foundation.
Deputy Lead Ambassador
Supports the Lead Ambassador and coordinates membership, internal operations, and implementation of Hub activities.
Programs & Innovation Ambassador
Leads monthly programs, innovation activities, workshops, challenges, and student-led projects.
Communications & Engagement Ambassador
Leads communications, student outreach, membership engagement, storytelling, social media, and visibility.
Partnerships & Impact Ambassador
Develops campus and community partnerships, coordinates impact initiatives, and helps track the Hub's activities and outcomes.
Finance & Operations Ambassador
Coordinates budgets, financial records, logistics, and operational requirements while promoting transparency and accountability.

The University of Calabar is home to the first Treasuregate Innovation Hub — the founding student-led community of changemakers where the Hub model begins. Students here lead monthly meetings, leadership and innovation activities, workshops, community conversations, and student-led projects, setting the standard for every Hub that follows.
As the founding Hub, UNICAL members help shape how Treasuregate grows across universities and colleges — and open pathways into the Leadership Academy, mentorship, innovation challenges, and the Treasuregate Innovation Fellowship.
